Who we are and acceptance
Reme is the company that operates the re;me service. Contact efronico@gmail.com. These terms govern use of this adult nutrition and training planning service. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. The version you accept is recorded with the date and language.
The program
The app provides a predefined weight loss menu, daily targets, walking and strength routines, and progress tracking. Content is general lifestyle information. It is not medical, dietetic, or mental health care, a diagnosis, or a replacement for a clinician. Consult a qualified professional before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or develop symptoms. Stop an activity and seek appropriate care if you feel unwell. Results are individual and not guaranteed.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Keep your password private, protect access to your device, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may use the app for your own lawful personal use. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful content.
Your information and administrator access
You choose what to enter; a starting photo and waist measurement are optional. At registration, you agree that the program administrator can view the health and progress information you enter to administer and monitor the program. You can turn this access off in Settings at any time; the administrator will then see only your account in the directory and that the information is hidden. Access can be turned on again. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and deletion.
Content and availability
You retain rights in information and photos you enter. You allow us to process them only to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. The app and its content remain our property or our licensors’ property. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes. We may restrict accounts for misuse or to protect security.
Changes, liability and law
We may revise these terms; material changes will be presented before they apply to continued use where required. The service is provided as available. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Israeli law applies, subject to mandatory consumer and privacy protections.
