Reme, the company operating re;me, determines how the information described here is used. For privacy requests contact efronico@gmail.com. This policy applies to the app and its account, training, food, measurement, and photo features.
Information collected
To register, you provide an email address and password. During onboarding you provide name, birth date, sex, height, weight, goals, and three training days. You may add waist measurements and a starting photo. The app stores daily weight, sleep, water, food choices and edited nutrition values, exercise completion, and other information you choose to enter. It stores account and security events, settings, consent version and time, and technical data needed to operate the service. Required fields are needed to create your plan; optional fields can be omitted. If you decline required account or plan data, that feature cannot work.
Why we use it and who can see it
We use the information to create your plan, display your tasks and history, maintain your account, secure the service, and respond to requests. The program administrator can see the health and progress information you enter when access is enabled. Registration includes active agreement to this access; you can hide health logs from the administrator in Settings at any time. The administrator can still see that an account exists and that data is hidden. We do not use your health logs for advertising or send them to an AI model.
Service providers and security
Supabase provides email and password authentication. Sites infrastructure hosts the app and stores encrypted records in D1 and optional photos in R2. The server encrypts records and photos using AES 256 GCM before storage and decrypts them to operate the app. This is not end to end encryption. Authorized service operators and infrastructure providers may process data as needed to deliver and secure the service. Provider processing may occur outside your country, subject to applicable protections. No security method can guarantee absolute protection.
Cookies, retention and choices
Essential authentication cookies keep you signed in; the language choice is stored locally in your browser and in your profile. We do not run advertising trackers. Records remain in the active service until you delete them. In Settings you can export your records, correct profile information, hide progress from the administrator, or delete app data and the optional photo. Deletion removes active app records, but provider backups can remain for their normal retention period. Deleting app data yourself does not remove the Supabase sign in identity; contact us to request full account deletion. An administrator can block access or remove both the account and active program data. Limited security and support audit entries may be retained where necessary. You can also ask us to inspect, correct, or delete information by email, subject to law and identity verification.
Children and changes
The service is for adults aged 18 or older. We may revise this policy and will present material changes as required before they affect continued use. Contact efronico@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
